  1. initial phone call or meeting
  2. proposal spelling out your project's specifications, timeline, and fixed price
  3. questionnaire to iron out details
  4. delivery of marketing (with strategies and audits) or proof (with design work)
  5. final project delivery

Our transparency starts at the beginning. All proposals, no matter how small the project, will list deliverables, expectations from both our clients and ourselves, a timeline with fixed deadline, and a set project price (or in the case of our outsourced departments, hourly rate). You will never experience hidden fees or late work.
